When will my item ship?

3D printed items will ship within 10 business days.
All other items, please allow 6 - 12 business day for processing.
All items will be picked up by couriers every Saturday morning.
Any orders placed on Saturday will be picked up by the courier the next Saturday.

How is my shipping calculated?

Depending on the items you have in your cart, the system will automatically calculate what size package is needed to ship your package.

Some international services are limited to certain rates. If the shipping option mentions “Do not use for items >15 inches”, please use the other shipping options. If you use this shipping option, we will cancel your order or invoice and charge you for the correct shipping price. Your items will not be processed unless the correct shipping amount is paid. All packages sent out of United States comes with shipping insurance and tracking number. Buyer is responsible for paying import duties, VAT, or taxes of the country they reside in.

What countries do you ship?

We currently ship to 7countries: USA (all states), Canada (all provinces), Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, Japan.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, ApplePay and major credit/debit cards through Stripe.

Refund Policy

To protect our employees and customers from COVID-19, we are unable to process any exchanges or returns at this time.

If ever a refund was necessary, you will receive your money the same manner and currency in which you paid.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will never share or sell your information with any third parties. We are committed in protecting any personally identifiable information you provided to us directly or on the website.

Billing Policy

For a smooth transaction, you must provide accurate, complete, and current account information for all purchases on our website. This means that if there are any changes to your account, it is your responsibility to update it to the current information this includes billing address, payment information, email address, shipping address, etc.

COVID Prevention Policy

To protect our customers, we follow strict personal sanitation and use proper PPE when packaging your items.
We sanitize our place and products when they are delivered to us.

Shipping Policy

All orders (except 3D printed products) will be processed within 3-5 business days through either USPS or UPS.

There is currently no local-pick up available.

We strive our best to give you the best shipping prices available, but unfortunately some international shipping services are limited to certain rates
(USPS First Class and Cheapest International Rate)

  • If the shipping option mentions “[DO NOT USE FOR ITEMS >15”]”, and your item is greater than 15” (inches), please use the other shipping options.

  • If you use this shipping option, we will cancel your order or invoice and charge you for the correct shipping price. Your items will not be processed unless the correct shipping amount is paid.

  • If you are unsure whether you can use this shipping service or if you have any questions, please feel free to email us before purchasing, and we will help figure out the best shipping option for you.

What does greater than 15” (inches) mean?

  • Any product that either has a length, width, or height greater than 15" (inches).

  • All products in your cart exceeds the total size of 15” (inches) in either length, width, or weight.
    For example, a plush of 12” and bag of 8” = 20”

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
